Upload via Registered App
This flow uses a registered HashBin app and HashBin Publish: each upload opens hashbin.org, where the user
signs in, picks the retention, sees the price and approves. This page never holds an API key or token.
The app must include this page URL as a redirect URI.
Difference vs API key flow: Registered-app uploads are safer for end users because every upload is
approved on hashbin.org and nothing on this page can spend their balance, but they need app registration.
